Shakespeare's Globe Theatre

It was cold and rainy, the seats were really uncomfortable, and we couldn't see/hear a lot of the play (A Midsummer Night's Dream), BUT, it was really cool to see one of Shakespeare's plays acted out on his own stage (rebuilt after the great fire). Those are some of the directors' kids; they're all so awesome.

I'm sorry you didn't like the Globe very much. We've been twice as groundlings (the people who stand on the ground) and we love it! Sure, your legs get super tired, but there's interval and you can sit then. If you get there early, you can stand up against the stage. Then, as in Midsummer, creepy fairies can stare at you! :D Anyway . . . Did you take that picture yourself? Cause it's super not allowed! :) hehehe . . .

Really?? I definitely took that pic myself--oops! It was still cool but we were in a rough spot that made understanding the story difficult.
